The Lufthansa Lounge in London Heathrow is functional and practical for Star Alliance flyers departing from Terminal 2A and had a surprise that made me laugh out loud. Lufthansa Lounge London Review (LHR) During my long day in T2, my friend and I made our way from the United Club (our base) to this lounge to get our steps. Regular flyers from the Queen’s Terminal will know it’s quite a trek between Terminal 2A and Terminal 2B. Access + Hours + Location After clearing security in T2, walk upstairs, past the checkpoint where your boarding pass is verified, turn left (turn right for the Plaza Premium Lounge), walk past all the transit counters, bear right, and go upstairs to the third level. There, you’ll find the lounge next to the Aer Lingus Lounge . It is open each day from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is available to Star Alliance business and first class travelers, Star Alliance Gold members, Miles & More Frequent Traveler status holders, and select credit card holders.…
