I do not like getting my ass handed to me by 12-year-olds hopped up on Capri-Sun, though, which means I've always had a bit of a love-hate relationship with Nintendo's online-focused movement shooter series. That might all change this summer, though. Nearly a year ago, Splatoon Raiders was revealed: a spinoff single-player-only title exclusively for the then-brand-new Switch 2. When no further news came, the announcement was quietly forgotten about… until today , when Nintendo resurfaced out of nowhere to show off gameplay and finally confirm a release date.
