But the thing is Elon has essentially infinite money at his disposal, and has good ties with the Trump administration who run everything and make all the decisions right now.

What are the chances this lawsuit succeeds and ends up with OpenAI having to pay a ludicrous amount of money, have heavy regulations and rules applied, are heavily crippled and slowed down which will allow xAI to to shoot above them, or even ends with Altman being fired and someone with heavy Trump administration loyalty being put in charge?
