A surfer is in serious condition after a shark attack Saturday morning at Cromwell’s Beach on the south shore of Oahu, adding to growing concern after another aggressive shark sighting was reported nearby just hours later. According to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services, first responders were dispatched around 6:30 a.m. after reports of a shark attack near the popular surf and swim area. Officials said a 38-year-old man suffered serious injuries to his lower extremities. EMS personnel administered life-saving treatment at the scene before transporting the surfer to a local hospital in serious condition.
