Four-star wide receiver recruit Julian Caldwell committed to the Texas Tech Red Raiders on Saturday, May 9, revealing his decision on the Rivals YouTube channel. Caldwell chose Texas Tech over his other two finalists: the Oregon Ducks and Texas Longhorns.
