Sydney Schreiber, a senior on the La Pine girls track and field team, and Alexander Jarrell, a senior on the Crook County boys track and field team, were voted by Bulletin readers as the boys and girls Athletes of the Week. Sydney Schreiber, La Pine girls track and field Schreiber was nominated by The Bulletin sports staff after the senior posted the fastest time in the Class 3A 300-meter hurdles this season (45.26 seconds) at the Twilight Over Caldera meet on May 8. Schreiber also ran the second-fastest 3A time in the 100 hurdles (15.08). Alexander Jarrell, Crook County boys track and field Jarrell was nominated by The Bulletin sports staff after the senior posted a personal best in the high jump, clearing 6 feet, 4 inches at a dual meet at Caldera on May 6. The mark is tied for the highest jump in the Intermountain Conference this season and is the second-highest in 5A.…
