Hey everyone,

Just moved into a condo in Toronto and noticed a slight dusty smell when the AC/fan coil runs, especially after it’s been off for a while. Not sure if that’s normal or if the ducts just need a cleaning.

Do people usually go through building management for this, or just hire a condo duct cleaning service themselves?

If anyone here has dealt with it, would appreciate any recommendations or advice.
