Scott Perry and the Sacramento Kings have a lot of work ahead of them. They have almost all of their 22-win roster still on the books for next season, and it's going to be easier said than done to move off of the expensive veterans that are clogging up the cap sheet. As currently constructed, the Kings have a projected payroll of $225 million, according to ESPN's Bobby Marks.
