Sabrina Carpenter has filed a temporary restraining order against a man who allegedly appeared at her Los Angeles home on several occasions.
According to court documents obtained by KABC, Carpenter became aware of the trespasser, who has been identified as 31-year-old William Applegate, after he allegedly made his way past the security fencing of her home and tried to open her front door before her security team intervened on May 23.
The Los Angeles Police Department was contacted and Applegate was arrested for criminal trespass.
Less than 24 hours later, Applegate returned to her property and loitered in her driveway for two hours. He allegedly appeared once again on May 25.
The filing alleges the singer’s security team discovered that Applegate’s stalking dated back to April 20.
