San Diego Padres right-handed pitcher Joe Musgrove was transferred from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day injured list on Thursday. The procedural move means that Musgrove cannot be activated before May 24. According to Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune , it's a distinction without a difference.
