Hello fellow triathlon enthusiasts, I am actually a passionate runner, but a persistent injury forced me to cross train a lot and that got me into biking and swimming. I had some swimming lessons in my youth but did not swim for the past 20 years. I restarted last winter again. I average 1:45-50/100m and I have the impression that I am stuck at this speed for quite some time already. Any suggestions? Any suggestions for drills?
