New homeowner. Been living here two months. Roof was replaced a year ago. I’m having some humidity problems in the attic. Is it normal for there to be enough light coming in to essentially illuminate these pipes or am I potentially missing some covers?

I plan to call the roofing company tomorrow but figured I’d ask here just in case so I don’t waste their time.
