I've found an old post from roughly 9 years ago addressing what to expect, I'm not looking for that advice.

I'm looking for advice on how to exactly proceed. I live in an area that freezes every winter. Found a burst pipe/hose under the kitchen sink in the wall and several other hair leaks underneath the kitchen. There is a crawl space, however movement is limited.

I would def need to cut out the wall to get at the pipe in the wall, but for the stuff that's technically under the floor, would it be more feasible to cut out an "access" panel for future water projects? Or stick to the crawl space to minimize "destruction"?

Thank you folks
