As the title says I just finished Junior Year and I am Poor capital P so I want to apply for scholarships. Is this the time to do so and what are some good ones I want to start early so I can pay for some of the pre college stuff I also want to see if I can get a scholarship so I can fund my trip this year to CONA for youth and Government.
