Hello All, my apologies if this becomes a long post. I’m quite honestly terrified and I don’t know what to do. Any constructive advice would be appreciated. I graduated college in July of 2022 with approximately $33k in student loans all with the loan servicer Nelnet. In college when I took out loans I only did so through my student financial aid portal and they were always GOV loans. I never did any private loan applications or anything like that. Throughout the years, I have been in forbearance and I can see all the loans on both my credit and the FAFSA website. The totals match what I expect (interest is accruing so the total increased by like $3k but I can see the breakdown and I know it’s the interest). Fast forward to Thursday of last week and a police officer comes knocking on my MOMS DOOR. And shows her paperwork that they are trying to serve to me for a civil warrant. Coronado Student Loan Trust is apparently sueing me for $10k in student loans!…
