Google Docs became one of my most useful productivity apps by accident

With a background in engineering and software development, I tend to go beyond surface-level tips and focus on how features fit into real workflows. I’ve used Google Docs for years, but only for writing articles, editing drafts, and occasionally sharing documents. However, I recently started using it for more than writing, which made me realize how flexible it actually is. After I started using it for more than just writing, it replaced a few apps and simplified parts of my workflow I didn’t think needed fixing.
