What Is This For? We just moved into this house a month ago and never knew what this pipe was for. It's under our kitchen sink and thought maybe it was somehow connected to that. A few days ago we got a lot of heavy rain and now this pipe will randomly spray water for just a few seconds multiple times a day. What is going on???
