Michael B. Jordan was among the surprise closing acts at Amazon ‘s upfront presentation to advertisers Monday at the Beacon Theatre in New York. And this particular appearance was not about the Oscar winner’s next big acting gig, but about his growing role as a producer. Jordan unveiled details about a trio of TV shows he is producing for Prime Video, including Muhammad Ali biographical series “The Greatest,” “Creed” spinoff “Delphi” and “ Fourth Wing .” Jordan was introduced by Amazon head of TV Peter Friedlander and film chief Courtenay Valenti, who touted the studio’s “expansive relationship” with Jordan and his young production company, Outlier Society , which is run by president Elizabeth Raposo.
