In fact, many C-suite executives met their spouses at work. I’m the head of a local support team that serves a function of something like IT for our branch office. That means everyone in every department eventually interacts with our team. My direct report, “Troy,” does something that’s not illegal, just gross. He’s excellent at his job and friendly with everyone. But he’s always kind of lightly testing the boundaries of all the partnered women in his age range.
