New wave music fans will have to wait a little longer to get Pretty in Pink as The Psychedelic Furs have cancelled their spring and summer tour dates due to a “serious medical issue in the band.” “One of our band members is undergoing urgent surgery. We are rescheduling select dates where possible. Stay tuned,” said a rep for the iconic British post-punk band. “The Furs are still scheduled to perform at the Darker Waves Festival in November. We thank all of the fans that have reached out with such gracious support,” the statement concluded.
