Published 12:30 pm Monday, April 27, 2026 Sunriver Resort is bringing back its Food & Wine Festival this May, with an expanded monthlong lineup aimed to show off the Pacific Northwest’s culinary identity. The event is structured as a series of rotating experiences rather than a single weekend gathering, allowing for both overnight visitors and local residents to have flexibility with their experiences. Programming spans a mix of upscale and casual offerings, guests can attend wine-paired dinners, experience a gourmet smores bar, sample regional vintages at tastings and take part in classes such as sushi making. Executive Chef Josh Hedrick, who has been involved with the festival since its inception in 2023, said the event has steadily evolved. “We’ve continued to grow and shape it into something that feels intentional and reflective of where we are.
