Rocked up for my 7:36 tee time this morning to find a group standing on the 1st tee as if they were about to hit off. Turns out their tee time wasn’t until nearly 20 minutes after mine. Maybe I’m being grumpy, but why stand on the tee box if you’re not due to play for another 20 minutes? Wait nearby, sure, but standing right on the tee just makes everyone else think it’s occupied.
