We support a number of employee interest groups at Akamai. Our newest, In Reach, focuses on disability and mental health conditions at work.  \r\n Encouraging and supporting open discussions about disability and mental health at work \r\n We define disability as a condition that affects everyday activities — physically, cognitively, and/or neurologically. In Reach helps the Akamai community understand what disability means in the workplace. As a team, we also ensure disabled colleagues have the support they need to thrive – so that success is always "in reach."  \r\n Mixing practical action with theory \r\n Our mission takes many forms. For example, we run practical programs such as weekly American Sign Language classes. Additionally, we  host inspirational events, like our quarterly panel discussions on topics relating to disability inclusion and awareness.…
