The affected students attend Henley College, Reading Blue Coat School, and Highdown Secondary School and Sixth Form Centre in the Reading area. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) confirmed that the strain of meningitis is different from the one responsible for two deaths in Kent earlier this year.
