Getting stuttering on my jack black noodle movie. My guess is it’s because I’m using H.264 on the native Samsung tv app? That rate change seems….off. I reduced the rate to 3mbps and I still get stutter. I grabbed a 265 file and it’s totally fine. Should I just avoid h.264 where I can? I have a pretty basic understanding of encodes so I’m not sure 🤔
