She bought a tarantula. The tenant, cramming for her bar exam, called 911 twice on June 21, 2024. First: Simonetti had started banging cookware in the upstairs kitchen, and cut the internet to the house. Two hours later she called again — Simonetti and a companion had ripped out the basement door and pushed their way in.
