I'm currently working on refining my website. I own and operate a Tour Company in Osaka Japan. We launched in January and have had only about 1 booking per month using get your guide and viator. They take a huge cut and I do not want to rely on them long term. We have one product launched so far, but business is slow. I am hoping to gain some feedback and marketing tips, any changes or tips is super helpful.
