So says star broker Dina Goldentayer, of Douglas Elliman, who has taken out a massive billboard in Los Angeles at the intersection of West 3rd and La Cienega Boulevard, which proclaims “Your wealth is wanted #MoveToMiami.”  “The idea was based on where the property buyers of $30 million-plus homes are coming from,” Goldentayer told Gimme Shelter.  The response, she said, has been great so far.  The billboard makes quite the statement.
