Strict zoning guidelines also needed to be met. To meet these guidelines and still make smart use of space, Fernando Fisben Architect built the garage and storage areas under the house. They’re enclosed within permeable partitions that allow the free flow of water in case of flooding. The house is raised, as required, and this design creates an overall look that is beautifully eye-catching.
