The NFL offseason is a time for teams to reset and reevaluate their rosters to be in better shape next season than the past one. Franchises start to fill roster holes early in the offseason through trades and free agency and continue into the draft . Some NFL teams draft for need, and some draft strictly with an eye on talent. Either way, most teams still have weaknesses on their rosters even after the draft. At this point in the offseason, a roster hole does not necessarily mean it's a position with no clear starters.
