Madhya Pradesh’s Shri GS Institute of Technology and Science (SGSITS), a government‑aided engineering college, will introduce a BTech Civil Engineering course in Hindi medium from the 2026‑27 academic session. Officials said students who pursue the four‑year programme entirely in Hindi will receive an incentive of Rs 2 lakh in the final year. SGSITS, an autonomous institute established in 1952, currently offers 90 seats in Civil Engineering through the English medium. With the addition of 30 seats for Hindi medium, the intake will rise to 120.
