First backpacking trip of the season (Mt. Hood National Forest) Short 1 day trip in the Mt. Hood National Forest. Figured i’d crank one out before full time employment makes simple trips like this far less frequent. Very rewarding hike (given the effort) and saw no one else during my stay up there. Thankful the great conditions and solitude (aside from the birds).
