I feel like he is one of the very best villains in Marvel shows/movies and has one of the most unique powers and I’ve seen all the MCU movies and most of the shows and I cannot recall another villain like him.

I mean, he may not be the most powerful villains overall, but just imagining a villain being able to make anyone do what he wants at any time without any willpower/resistance on their behalf would be kind of terrifying.

Imagine he tells Spider-Man or Hulk or Thor to kill people or cause mass destruction.

How would he fit in the MCU and what kind of story would you tell with him? Would he have limitless potential or the opposite?
