Ok this is an odd one. I have used UsenetServer for a looong time and just started seeing this. If I download an hour long public domain PDF thats between 2-4gigs, I get full speeds on the download (100mb/s - 115mb/s). If I download these PDFs then there is no issue one at a time. Now it's say i am looking for a full series of PDFs to download that could be between 60gb - 100gb, it will start off at full speeds and then maybe 10-20 mins after it will slow down to 10mb/s or so. I wanted to test my isp to see if that was the issue so I started a free trial with GigaNews, and I could not duplicate the issue. I would get full download speeds and never slow down no matter how much was in the queue. Anyone else seen something like this with UsenetServer?
