Hey all, apologies if this is the wrong subreddit for this.

My church has been trying to improve their livestream audio for a little while now, and I'm wondering what your tips would be for miking up the congregation singing. It's not going to be pumped into any monitors or speakers in the auditorium, just for the livestream and speakers out in the lobby.

I'm wondering about placement, type of mic (whether that be overhead hanging mics, or a couple of mics on the stage that are facing out to the congregation), and whatnot.
