The Tacoma Rainiers got an 8-6 victory against the Sugar Land Space Cowboys (19-22) on Wednesday night in Tacoma.
Colt Emerson recorded his seventh home run of the season to give Tacoma (19-22) the lead in the first inning. Extending his hitting streak to five games, Emerson went 2 for 4 with 4 RBI.
Brock Rodden, who also went 2 for 4, recorded his 11th multi-hit game.
Dane Dunning threw five scoreless innings and allowed only three base runners.
• The Everett AquaSox pitching staff put on a two-hit shutout performance while achieving a 3-0 defeat of the host Vancouver Canadians.
Josh Caron had a two-run home run in the sixth inning.
