A publicist refuses to back down from the disturbing allegations made against Sean “Diddy” Combs in a lawsuit filed last year. In response to claims of a “consensual” encounter by Combs’ attorneys, Jonathan Hay tells TMZ that such a stance is "pure fiction,” adding, “It is perplexing that his team would file such a narrative while knowing they are under criminal investigation in California.” Hay alleges he was lured by a group of men, which included CJ Wallace , the son of The Notorious B.I.G. and Faith Evans , to a Revolt TV event in 2020 where he was taken to a room that had Combs waiting for him. While there, Hay claimed he was held back while Diddy tried to put his penis in his mouth . “There was nothing consensual about it,” Hay said. “He forced himself on me while I was being held against my will.
