I’ve spent a lot of time exploring CRM tools recently, and I keep noticing the same issue:
Most CRMs are great at storing data, but not at actually helping users take action.
You still have to manually update fields, set reminders, and interpret what matters.
With AI where it is now, it feels like CRMs should work more like assistants, understanding conversations, surfacing context, and suggesting next steps.
That shift toward intelligence over administration seems overdue.
I’ve been building around that idea, but I’m curious what do you think the future of CRM should actually look like?
PS. I would love to give a free trial of what im building, if your interested dm me or comment, if not totally fine I mainly want to hear the perspective of different people.
