Leila Rafei March 19 2026, 2:15pm Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams in the region are providing critical medical care and humanitarian aid in hospitals, mobile clinics, shelters, and other facilities facing enormous pressure. Our teams work in the most directly and severely impacted countries — Lebanon and Iran — as well as neighboring countries, some of which are facing the indirect consequences of the conflict. At a glance: MSF’s work in the Middle East Since February 28, MSF has shipped 42 tons of medical supplies for projects in the Middle East.  In Lebanon , MSF has donated 32,000+ blankets, 26,000+ mattresses, and 25,000+ hygiene kits.
