I interviewed Monday. I was told multiple times there were other people to interview and that they were in no rush to hire someone without them being the right fit. I was asked for references yesterday (Wednesday), background check today and job offer from the owner of the company today. Everything moved so fast. My employer pays my insurance and my phone bill and only work 26 hours a week in office. I couldn't ask for a better position. This is after a year almost to the date of being unemployed. Stay positive and keep going for what you want. You can do it!
