I'd like some input from the experienced bikers corner! I'm wanting aero bars that do not keep me too tucked. I've got back issues, and I just don't need to be that tucked. I'll take the extra watts over the pain. I see some guys so tucked over, they're about to get hit in the jaw with their knees. Good golly!!

My issue is, I'm seeing a lot of aero bars with no risers on the market. I'd like to be able to rise them in height if need be.

Or I'm seeing I can add stem risers. Is that recommended?

From my inexperienced perspective, there seems to be options.

I'm not interested in buying new bullhorn handlebars with manufactured aero bars, pre-installed, and redo the brake gears cabling.

What would be your recommendation? What am I not thinking about?
