I’ve seen several say how this is a great survey app and while I agree. So I go to cash out and even though my phone number, address, and email are all verified. When I got to cash out a verification pops up and ask for me to do facial recognition and also upload my ID or DL. I don’t understand why they need my personal drivers license. I’ve never seen anyone say they’ve had to do this? Is this normal?
