My place of employment is pressuring employees to sign a contract that puts us on the hook for a loan of the businesses sister store doesn't pay it all. They keep pushing the issue. If they fail to pay the loan, everyone who signed owes a decent amount instead. Our district manager keeps saying (I've not seen this in writing), that we will not owe money, it's just to show support, and pressuring us. Please advise. I can answer questions as well.
