The VP of Programs provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all programmatic operations at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, including Homeowner Services, Real Estate Development, Construction, and Home Repair. As a member of the Leadership Team, this role partners closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to advance strategic initiatives, develop organizational policies and goals, lead change management efforts, and ensure that programs are aligned, financially sound, and delivering measurable mission impact. This role is responsible for integrating strategy with execution; strengthening systems, communication, and accountability across departments; managing risk; and building organizational capacity to achieve annual and multi-year strategic goals.
