Cookie Dough Cake Mini cookie dough cake! Layers of brown butter brown sugar cake, edible cookie dough,m & ermine frosting. Topped with chocolate ganache drip and more cookie dough! Super fun project. I was inspired by a few recipes online. Ermine icing was a good balance as the cookie dough is quite sweet and rich.
