This follows reports Nintendo was facing pressure from investors to increase the price of its Switch 2 console , due to concerns about its profitability. In the US, Canada and Europe, Switch 2 price increases will come into effect from 1st September, with the changes listed below: US - from $449.99 to $499.99 Canada - from $629.99 to $679.99 Europe - from €469.99 to €499.99 In Japan, meanwhile, the price of the Switch 2 will increase from ¥49,980 to ¥59,980 from 25th May.
