15s threshold

For context, I’ve been lifting for about 3 years now and peaked at a 1020lb total at 165lb BW. My best lifts were B235 S345 D440. These lifts were all hit a year ago and for the past year I have seen zero progress. I feel like I’ve tried it all, I tried a deload then I tried an even longer deload, I tried to just focus on hypertrophy in attempts to build a better base of strength and hopefully come back to powerlifting stronger. I’ve tried to change rep ranges, I’ve tried to do more work, do less work, I’ve tried to run a proper peaking program up to new PR’s and still hit the same numbers at the end. I always knew that beginner gains would run out and I wouldn’t ever get back that amazing feeling of going from a 170 bench to 235 bench or from a 365 deadlift to a 440 deadlift. However, I did not expect this over a year period where I see zero progress. Any programming tips, strategies, or even program reccomendations would be greatly appreciated.
