And for fashion-forward jet-setters, Ilma, one of three luxury vessels from the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, might just be the one. Nothing exemplifies this quite like the $600 million ship’s 9th and 10th decks, which are currently decked out—sorry!—in custom prints and textiles by Colombian fashion designer Johanna Ortiz. The takeover launched in mid-February as part of the yacht’s winter season through the Caribbean and will continue through the summer in the Mediterranean. “I fell in love with the elegance of the yacht and with the idea of [it] feeling lively and vibrant, like a natural extension of the destinations Ilma sails through,” Ortiz explains. “We wanted the space to reflect tropical elegance and that sense of place in a way that feels relaxed and immersive.” Ortiz's La Rumba print is a royal blue with a clever sailor’s knot striped pattern.…
