Hi! I will be starting as a new grad fluid systems engineer this summer in Kent after I graduate in May and I was just wondering if anyone had any insight onto what onboarding looks like for this role specifically or just in general and what I can expect my first few weeks or months to look like. For context, I did not previously intern with blue origin. Also wondering what the social culture is like with the younger employees, thanks! :)
