In Season 3 Episode 7 we see Bobbie has been reinstated as a marine meaning her previous actions were forgiven by MCR, then comes Season 4 and we learn she has been court martialed and dishonorably discharged and I'm pretty sure I heard someone blaming her for dead marines on Ganymede.
